John and Yoko Cosmopolitan Restaurant

2 weeks ago I visited John and Yoko 2nd branch in Alabang Town Center. And yesterday its 1st branch at Greenbelt 5. That will celebrate its 5th year of operations this coming October 2012. They give back to restaurant enthusiast the wider delectable selection of delights for its support. So when east meets west its a wonderful food trip party with John and Yoko. So the food adventure started when Crunchy Kani Sushi Fried crab-sticks to top and cucumber inside was served with spicy wasabi and Japanese mayo.

Simultaneos with Smoked salmon tuna roll Got to enjoy this with chopsticks while watching Japaenese films on background. You may feel your in Japan because of bamboo plant outside and artifacts, arts, travelers bookshelves which represents wisdom, candle scent, books, paintings, design, accessories, furniture's inside. Bird silhouette, majestic monochromatic tree branches in every bite, red velvet walls, fancy chairs with animal design like giraffe, snakes, leopard and tiger. I can say this place is paradise and rockin!!.

Fpj thought me also some basic Japanese language while we enjoy this east-west food.  From food to anime then to different cultures of Japan. Then followed by Chicken Teriyaki and Mango Pizza totally different taste from regular metro pizza. With sour mango and chicken bits on top it explodes on your mouth, but much more healthier than the usual plain meat and cheese.  Then Big Star Salad  green with prawns, fresh potatoes, cherry tomatoes, walnut, mango sauce with miso dressing. Good for vegetarian and salad lovers.

Followed by Shrimp Enoki Pizza for seafood and prawn lovers. With mozzarella cheese and mushrooms tidbits, I like  pizza but this time I would say this was a totally fine unique pizza. Then Sizzling bowl Gyudon, Katsudon, Tonkatsu with rice bowls in the usual sizzling plates. Next is Japaella, yoko's signature dish. Sauted with Japanese rice, onions, spanish chorizo, molinera, garlic, bell peppers with chicken and shrimp. Plus all time favorite seafood shabu-shabu with choices of dips and sauces back to back with wagyu ramen with  wagyu strips, noodle-odle and the cartoon naruto food character.

They got choco godzilla shake (choco-milk-ice-cream) and flavored yakult comes with orange, mango, starberry and green apple. Much more tasty than a regular  healthy yakult everyday okay. This is kinda irresistible American and Japanese  taste. Served with dynamic dining team of internationally trained  and finest  Japanese restaurant chains in  the country wanna try it? Visit mall hours of Greenbelt 5 in Makati City and Alabang Town Center.
I forgot my memory card in Alabang but this is what i eat on my return in greenbelt.
